Krypto 500 and Krypto 1000 Questions Answered at Dixie Crow 41-2016

There’s still time to connect at Dixie Crow Symposium 41 in Warner Robins, Georgia, from March 20-24.

We will be attending the day-long event at the Museum of Aviation, Robins Air Force Base. The theme this year is “EW/ISR: Today’s Innovations Countering Tomorrow’s Threats.”

Krypto 500 and Krypto 1000 were designed specifically to close the chasm between the standard legacy systems still in use today and the hybrid and frequency-hopping techniques being developed by targets of interest.

No other SIGINT or COMINT software offers the detailed, verified intelligence that Krypto 500 and Krypt0 1000 puts at the fingertips of any operator on almost any platform — Windows 10, MacOS, Linux, Java or Unix. VM (virtual machine) support includes compatibility with VMWare, VirtualBox, VirtualPC, Vagrant and HyperV.

Krypto500 and Krypto1000 are compatible with more than 300 leading receivers, SDRs, DF and other SIGINT/COMINT systems can can be used for EA, ES and EMS operations.

We will be in attendance at Dixie Crow Symposium 41, so if you need additional information about Krypto 500 and Krypto 100, please contact us directly to make arrangements.

CRFS COMINT Consulting RFeye receivers

SIGINT Capability is Extended for RFeye Receivers by CRFS

CRFS, a leader in RF spectrum monitoring solutions, and COMINT Consulting, a supplier of market leading SIGINT software, are pleased to announce the introduction of expanded identification, decoding, analysis and classification capability for the RFeye(TM) family of receivers.

CRFS develops and manufactures radio monitoring, direction finding and geolocation systems that are deployed in many countries by security, law enforcement, intelligence and defense communities. Its RFeyeTM intelligent wideband receivers are designed for ground fixed, mobile and airborne applications, where low SWaP and high performance are critical to mission success.

Krypto series software from COMINT Consulting includes automated or manual signal identification, recording, classification, decode and parse routines, together with up-to-date decoders and signals classification algorithms, providing enhanced capability for SIGINT missions. It further includes unique transceiver fingerprinting routines, called RadioID.

Krypto software is now available to support the whole family of RFeye wideband receivers — narrow band signals up to 48kHz in the ELF to SHF frequency range (Krypto500) and all signal types, including extended wideband signals, for target signals in VHF and above (Krypto1000).

“We welcome the collaboration with COMINT Consulting,” said Marty Mosier, General Manager at CRFS Inc. “RFeye platforms offer state-of-the-art performance for wideband radio monitoring applications and the Krypto software offers a valuable complementary SIGINT capability enabling us to service a wider user community.”

“CRFS’s RFeye platform is a valuable addition to the receivers that our Krypto software supports,” said Jim Kilgallen, CEO of COMINT Consulting. “In particular, our latest Krypto1000 suite provides valuable intelligence on the types of wideband signals captured by the RFeye, including very short duration signals.   The high probability of intercept of the RFeye receivers, coupled with our real-time SIGINT tools, makes for a very powerful system.”

About CRFS

CRFS is a leader in real-time RF spectrum monitoring solutions for regulatory, defence, aerospace and security agencies.  Applications include spectrum management and enforcement, remote site and perimeter monitoring, real-time situational awareness, threat detection and signals intelligence.  The RFeye® range includes best-in-class networkable receivers and nodes designed for remote, distributed, continuous 24/7 monitoring of the RF environment.  Powerful data analytics and visualization tools provide actionable intelligence in complex and critical RF environments.

CRFS has operations in Cambridge UK and Fairfax, Virginia and a large network of dealers and distributors around the world.

Krypto1000 v.1.004, ACARS decoder

Krypto1000 v1.004 Update: More receivers, new decoders, downconverter feature and more

You can expend irreplaceable time and money trying to piece together intelligence from outdated software — or you can have true SIGINT at your fingertips with the latest release of Krypto1000 v1.004. This update includes support for advanced, leading-edge receivers, new decoders, and additional functionality that eliminates guesswork.

One of the most significant changes in the updated Krypto1000 software is the addition of CRFS streaming, which supports live, real-time I&Q streaming from the CRFS Node SDR that is used in the new RFeye family of receivers. These intelligent wideband receivers are designed for ground fixed, mobile and airborne applications, where low SWaP and high performance are critical to mission success.

Other improvements include:

— Generic VITA49 I&Q support

— Full support for the US Department of Defense (DoD) RedHawk SDR standard

— Support for D-TA Systems, Inc. receivers, including the RFvision-1, RFvision-1-mini, RFvision-2, RFvision-2-mini, RFvision-Broadview, RFvision-360

— Support for CommsAudit receivers: CA7801, CA7704, CA7851

–Support for Tektronix receivers and spectrum analyzers: RSA306B (portable), RSA500A (field use), and RSA600A (for lab)

— An new dPMR decoder that supports all variants of dPMR for expanded collection of digital mobile communications

— The CTCSS subaudible tone squelch has been added to Listen module, which compliments audio squelch and allows decoding of repeater access and talk group tone systems

— ACARS decoder for ground-to-aircraft communications via airband radio or satellite

We also added a fixed downconverter with three modes of operation: Low-Side Injection, High-Side Injection and Custom. It can used with any SDR to obtain a precise frequency readout when a mixer or downconverter is used.

Current customers will be sent a secure download link for the update for Krypto1000 v1.004.

This update is one more point of success in our mission to keep pace with hacks and evasive maneuvers that targets of interest are developing daily. Krypto500, our complimentary collection, decoding, analysis and classification software, is also on an aggressive development track.

Click here for more information on Krypto1000’s advanced capabilities that are the becoming the preferred SIGINT option for many government and defense agencies.
